Dressmaker tutorial: what the patches changed

People ask how to turn the tutorial back on. I looked through Builds 403 and 410 and the FAQ video title. None of them name a settings switch. I will not invent an Options path.

Ring the bell

Build 403, 22 September 2026, says the game now expects you to ring the bell to call the next customer. The shop tutorial also gained a back button in that build. If you are waiting and nothing walks in, the bell is the step the patch notes added.

Sketchbook before the bell

Build 410, 24 September 2026, fixes a softlock: opening the sketchbook in the tutorial before the bell rings. If you are stuck on an older build, update first. I cannot tell you the click that recovers a save already inside that softlock.

Turning the tutorial back on

Unconfirmed. No official post describes a replay control. Starting a new save is a guess players make, and I have not verified it. Check the in-game options yourself before deleting a shop.
