Dressmaker on PS5 and Xbox

I checked the eleven studio announcements returned by the Steam news API on 1 October 2026 and the store platform row. Neither names PlayStation or Xbox. Switch is a planned console port; Steam Deck has a separate handheld compatibility rating.

This is a negative result, and the scope matters. The sources were the Steam store page for app 4019220, the studio announcements collected that day, and Nintendo Everything's Switch confirmation. Free Lives' own website returned 403 to an automated fetch, so the studio homepage text was not in the pile. Within the sources that did load, there is no PS5 date, no Xbox date, and no Series S or Series X mention.

• Announced ports: Switch and mobile, both without dates.
• Shipping stores: Steam for Windows and macOS.
• Handheld with a rating: Steam Deck, Playable.

If a console edition is announced later, the updates log is where this site will date it. Until then, do not pay a key seller who claims a PS5 copy.
